The kitchen is situated at the rear of this abode and offers a light spacious space to prepare food and drink whilst staying with ample workspaces. 

It has a range cooker, large american style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine / tumble dryer, nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and toaster. 

There is a large breakfast bar, situated at one end of the kitchen leading onto the dining space, with three bar stools providing a great spot for guests to sit and chat whilst others prepare food. 

It is well equipped for all your requirements on holiday, together with ample storage. 

From the kitchen, there is access to the garden area via the back door. This leads out to a walkway and then to the terraced gardens. 

A luxury double bedroom, offering stunning views of Salcombe Harbour across the roof tops. This room has a comfortable double bed, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers and side light. 

This bathroom provides facilities for the main bedroom and the twin single bedroom on the third floor. It is a bright airy bathroom illuminated by a sky light. 

It offers a modern stylish bathroom, with bath with handheld shower over the bath, hand wash basin, mirror, toilet and heated towel rail. 

This bedroom has two single beds, with a velux window looking out towards the garden area at the back of this abode. There is also a set of drawers for storage included in this bedroom. 

It can comfortably accommodate either 2 adults or 2 children. 

There is a ultra modern shower room located on the second floor. This provides a digital shower, hand wash basin, heated towel rail and mirror, together with a separate toilet. 

This abode benefits from a terraced garden area at the rear of the abode. This space is accessed via a series of steps, leading up from the accommodation to a large decked area. 

The decked area provides breathtaking unrivalled views across the Salcombe estuary. 

There is ample seating for alfresco dining, together with a gas BBQ available for use by guests. 

A garden studio is located at the top of the terraced garden and includes a sauna, together with shower room, small kitchen area. The main part of the studio includes a double bed for this configuration. A great spot to enjoy early morning sunrises and sunsets. 

There is also a hot tub situated on the top level of the terraced garden that can be made available for guests' usage, subject to an additional charge.
