Kippy's Cottage is a late 17th Century fisherman's cottage overlooking the pretty and busy harbour of Brixham in South Devon. 

The cottage has stunning views of the Torbay coastline and is ideal accommodation for everyone. Kippy's Cottage can sleep seven people in three bedrooms.

Linen and towels are provided and there is a DEDICATED parking space available in the car park immediately below the cottage next to the harbour which is ideal especially with Brixham's limited parking. 

Kippy's Cottage is a short stroll from Brixham's Breakwater beach (a blue flag beach). Slightly further along the coast, Shoalstone's large outdoor seawater pool is the perfect venture for a family day out - crabbing in the rock pools below or sunbathing on a deck chair, or taking a more active approach and head off into the sea for some sailing or a coastal wak along Berry's Head!

"We really enjoyed our stay at Kippys. Everything about the cottage was very nice, it was clean,and fairly spacious. The location is fantastic, walk out your front door and you are in the harbour, bars restaurants and shops, everything you might need is on your doorstep. The two chairs in the window are great for watching the harbour, nice in the late afternoon sun with a glass on wine. There is a beach a short walk away, stoney but nice for and few hours with the children. Plenty to do in the harbour, boat trips of every kind, you can catch your own dinner like we did. also we spent many hours crabbing which the children loved. We saw seals, jellyfish and a dolphin in the harbour. I would like to go back one, and I would recommend the property to friends."
