Shillings is the only property 'To Let' and is set away from the owners property. The outdoor pool lies alongside the cottage and is available exclusively to cottage guests by arrangement. Shillings lies within the folds of the unspoilt and little known Blackdown Hills which rise between the North and South coasts of Devon. These hills are designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Calm neutral hues welcome you into a fully equiped kitchen and a bathroom downstairs. Oak beams and ash work surfaces add to the old world charm. Upstairs, crowned with a vaulted ceiling, the countryside view is framed by french windows. A comfortable sofa with textured throws and a coffee table ensure that you are ready for catching up on your favourite TV shows and bedside tables topped with lamps hug a Super King brass bed for drawn-out lie-ins and early evenings with your favourite page-turner. The balcony beyond has a table and chairs perfect for eating al fresco, with steps leading down to the gardens and a sheltered terrace surrounding a large pool where you may relax in the sunshine, recline under a parasol or enjoy a swim.
