Booking:
We are able to hold a booking for 2 days if required. A 20% deposit is then necessary to secure the booking. The final amount is due 12 weeks prior to the arrival date. A £500 security deposit is then paid the week before you arrive and will be returned within 10 days of your departure, provided that the property is left in a satisfactory condition.

7 night week: 4pm Fri - 10am Fri or 4pm Mon to 10am Mon

Property information:
Number of guests: This property sleeps 12 guests in 4 bedrooms. There is room for one more guest at an extra charge.
Cots: 1 toddler bed and 1 cot are available at no extra charge. 1 highchair is also available. These should be selected when doing your room configurations.
Room configurations: All rooms sleep 3 people in zip and link beds that can be arranged as superkings or twins, and an additional single bed. Bedroom 2 also has a pull-out truckle bed so can sleep 4. There is a small extra charge for the use of this bed so you must request it when making your booking. These are shown on the Floor Plans.
Dogs: Dogs are not allowed at this property.
BBQ: There is a charcoal BBQ in the BBQ Lodge, two bags of charcoal will be supplied. More can be purchased locally.
WIFI: There is WiFi, however this is a rural location and so the speeds may not be as quick as you are used to. We would recommend that you download anything that you might need before your stay to avoid being disappointed.
Sky: This property has SKY TV.
Food deliveries: Asda, Waitrose, Sainsburys, Tesco, COOK and Combe Farm Organic will all deliver to this property. Please arrange deliveries for after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information.
What's provided for your stay: There is enough crockery, cutlery and glasses for a dinner party, at least 1 toilet roll per toilet, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up-liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dish cloth and scourer sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, kitchen foil, cling film, bin bags, 2 in 1 washing tablets, hand soap, welcome pack of shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and body lotion, hair dryers in all bedrooms.
Bed linen and towels: All bed linen is provided. The duvets and pillows are filled with goose feather; there is a limited amount of hypoallergenic bedding available which must be requested in advance. Cot mattress sheets, bath robes, bath towels and hand towels are supplied.
Swim Spa Towels: These are not provided. We recommend that you bring your own towels for the swimming pool and suitable footwear, such as flip flops, for going to and from the pool.
Swim Spa: The swim spa is is on the patio, measuring 4.88m x 2.34m.
