The cottage is wheelchair accessible, with a single-level layout, extra-wide doors, and ramps leading to the main entrance, pool area, and gardens. Enter through a large porch into the lounge area of the open-plan living space.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area is designed for socializing. The contemporary kitchen has ample workspace, storage, and two bar-style seating areas. The large dining table seats all 12 guests, perfect for shared meals and making memories. The lounge area features an L-shaped sofa, chaise longue, and a Smart TV, offering plenty of space to relax.

With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, each uniquely designed. Luxurious bedding, soft towels, and luxury toiletries are provided.

Floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead from the lounge to the home gym, equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, and rowing machine. Enjoy the private 8-meter pool spa with swim jets and hot tub, adjustable up to 40°C. Adults can relax in the hot tub with panoramic countryside views, while children enjoy the pool.

The large, secure children’s play area features swings and slides. The one-acre manicured garden, designed by landscape architect Anthony du Gard Paisely, is another special space. The garden attracts birds and wildlife, providing a tranquil retreat.

Relax under the pergola, on sun loungers, or enjoy alfresco dining on the large decking area with a BBQ. The sunsets are truly spectacular.

Private off-road parking is available for up to six cars, along with an electric vehicle charging point.
