The dining area has views out to the garden and if you wante to get comfy after eating, there is a sofa and a selection of armchairs, plenty of board games and (hidden discreetly within the cupboard in case you are tempted to have a digital detox) TV. Fibre broadband is available throughout the property, and a wi-fi code is supplied on arrival.

The well-proportioned kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery as well as the big ticket items such as an induction hob and fan oven, fridge-freezer, washer-drier, and just as important, kettle, toaster and nespresso machine! The original housekeepers cupboard is truly unique.

Double Bedroom 1 East- facing bedroom
This double-aspect bedroom has lovely views out over the croquet lawn to the east, and the walled garden. It has a chest of drawers and double bed. There is also a top quality sofa bed with Emma mattress topper, that provides a luxurious extra bed. Perfect if you are not a couple, or for the fifth guest. There is also plenty of room for a travel cot (supplied on request).

This lovely double-aspect bedroom has a lovely view of the remarkable Booton church to the north, and is flooded with evening sun. As well as a double bed, the room has a chest of drawers and occasional chair.

The small, but perfectly formed, bathroom contains a shower as well as a bath, toilet and sink. We provide a bathmat and hand towel, and eco-friendly toilet roll for your stay!

Hallway Staircase
The original servants stairs are steep, but they do have a handrail on both sides. And perfect for restricting curious dogs or intrepid toddlers, there is a door at the bottom of the stairs.

The garden The garden
The garden to the west of the cottage is set aside for guests to dine outside, there is a table with six chairs, and should the weather need it, a parasol to provide some shade.
