Lovely family cottage style home in Rock with large garden and plenty of parking. Attractively furnished with 5 bedrooms in the house sleeps up to 9. There are 3 bathrooms ( 1 of which is ensuite and 1 is on the ground floor) + 1 ensuite wc/basin . Living room with woodburner, wifi. Close to Rock village, sandy beach, watersports, ferry to Padstow, coastal walking, golf, surfing at Polzeath, restaurants, shops. Departure cleaning and linen & bath towels included - please bring youir own beach towels.
The Annex is available at an extra charge and has an additional 2 bedrooms (1 twin, 1 double) , 1 small bathroom + table tennis room

"I’ve stayed at Sparnal Stitch a few times, it is the absolute best house in Cornwall! It’s great for kids with its huge garden, the house is cosy with an aga and wood burning stove and a comfortable sitting room. The kitchen has all the appliances you need as well as a big dining table for family meals. The house is very private, set in a big plot, whilst also being close to brilliant shops and lovely walks. The beaches in the area are amazing. I would highly recommend Sparnal Stitch."
