Orchard Cottage - Isle of Man

Orchard Cottage is an open plan dome-shaped Manx cottage, inspired by the shape of a Celtic roundhouse.  It has a super king sized bed, lounge area with wood-fired stove and 55" Smart TV with Freesat, wi-fi, kitchen area (including dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave) and shower room.  It is fully insulated and heated, for cosy stays all year round.

The cottage is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm within our orchard area.  It has its own outside patio area for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular view down the Baldwin Valley, local birdlife and wildlife. The cottage has exclusive access to an outdoor hot tub and shared access to a sauna set in a separate patio area. 

There is step-free access to the cottage from the parking area, via a 12m long ramp.  The cottage is single storey, with a low threshold from the patio area through the double entrance doors, and a low threshold to the shower.  It is suitable for those with limited mobility provided they can negotiate the access ramp.

We do not accepts pets in the cottage, and there is no smoking allowed on site.

The cottage has been graded 4* Gold.  Pricing includes towels and electricity.  In the winter we provide one bag of logs for the fire for every two nights' stay.  Weekend breaks (min 2 nights, starting either Friday or Saturday) are available in off-peak periods.  Shorter stays during the week are also available in the winter months.
