An eclectic collection of books, an antique American roll topped desk. Pull up a chair in front of a roaring fire surrounded by its carved massive Dartmoor granite chimneypience and lose yourself in a book for a whole afternoon. 

Just off the kitchen, a large scrubbed pine table seating 12 with Sonos music system. Antique pottery, a wood burning stove and a Sonos music system. A huge oak door leads out to the courtyard and gardens.

Off the Games Room, a large spare kitchen with hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. 

A large room beneath the Tower bedroom in the East Wing. It has a half size snooker table, darts board, 55 inch 4K Ultra HD TV with soundbar, DVDs, PlayStation 3 with a selection of games and assorted bean bags. 

Near to the kitchen. A large space to hand coats and leave muddy boots. Also a suitable place for dogs to sleep as there's no underfloor heating here.

An enourmous south facing area that's a delightful sun trap. When the sun goes down, turn on the discrete floodlights to light up the stone walls and create a magical atmosphere.
