4 Bedroom Family Holiday House in Polzeath - Cornwall

We bought this house in 2001 as our family have been coming here for holidays for about 90 years.  Our grandchildren are the 5th generation to have spent their holidays in Polzeath.  It is a comfortable house with a wonderful views over Polzeath Beach (a three minute walk) and Pentire Point. The beach is very safe and there is great surfing there. It has full central heating and a log fire, so is equally cosy in winter.

Sleeping 8 adults + 1 child, the house has two double and two twin rooms, one with a truckle bed for 1 child.   It has all modern equipment with two bathrooms and a shower room. Linen & bath towels can be supplied by the owner for an extra charge.
