We bought this house in 2001 as our family have been coming here for holidays for about 90 years. Â Our grandchildren are the 5th generation to have spent their holidays in Polzeath. Â It is a comfortable house with a wonderful views over Polzeath Beach (a three minute walk) and Pentire Point. The beach is very safe and there is great surfing there. It has full central heating and a log fire, so is equally cosy in winter.
Sleeping 8 adults + 1 child, the house has two double and two twin rooms, one with a truckle bed for 1 child.  It has all modern equipment with two bathrooms and a shower room. Linen & bath towels can be supplied by the owner for an extra charge.
