New Polzeath overlooks the sea and famous surfing beach - part of the stunning North Cornwall Coastline. Rock is just a few minutes by car for sailing, fishing, water skiing and foot ferry to Padstow, home of Rick Stein's eateries and shops. Port Isaac is a good hike along the coast path in the other direction. In addition to surfing there is coasteering, kayaking, wind surfing, kite surfing - all available locally. If you are a foodie, then this is also the area for you, amazing restaurants and fresh local produce on sale.

1 dog is sometimes allowed by arrangement with the owners for a charge of £50 . Hire Linen and towels can be supplied if required @ £25 per person. There is a good sized  larder fridge and an undercounter freezer in the kitchen and a further freezer in the utility room.
