Trerair is a really special home. The house is beautifully well appointed and welcoming, with a lovely lay out and space for all to really relax and enjoy. A lovely family feeling of a well loved home. The garden is an absolute delight, the first blossoms were just appearing on the apple trees and the sun stayed in the garden until late into the evenings - even in April!  Francesca. April, 2025 

We had the most wonderful week at Trerair over the New Year. It is incredibly comfortable, well-located and thoughtfully done, with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Everything has been thought of including the smallest details. The big dining table was perfect for long, memorable meals with friends or family and each room was warm, cozy and full of character! Trerair was the perfect base for the many activites Rock has to offer from beautiful walks and surfing to beach days, golf and fantastic pubs and restaurants. That said, some of our favourite moments were spent at the house, relaxing in front of the fire, playing games and making the most of the beautiful house. There were many comments about it being ‘the best New Year ever’ and I can definitely say that the house played a huge part in making it such a special and unforgettable few days. Eliza Inglis, New Year 2024/25

An idyllic home with beautiful interiors. The house is perfect for family groups and friends, with each bedroom offering privacy, en-suites and extremely comfortable beds. It is in a prime location; a mere few minutes to the shoreline and even closer to the shops. A lovely walk can be done from the house round to Polzeath along the coastal path. I couldn’t recommend it enough, I had such a lovely stay here. It was so cosy by the fire and we had some great dinners in the spacious conservatory. Elizabeth Balls. Jan, 2025
