This is a real island in the middle of a water-skiing lake. Its quirky and fun yet peaceful and relaxing all in the same breath! Fabulous for group bookings. One side of the lake is Hardwick Water Sports and the other side is Waterside Therapy Rooms. You can fish from the island, chill out in the hot tub or *party in The Wonky Bar. There are 8 double bedrooms (6 can be made up as twins) plus an Epic Dorm Room designed NOT just for kids! The 8th room has a lovely little roof terrace off of it.
The Island comes with two small motor boats. You need to designate two drivers, they must be 25+ and hold a valid drivers license. Prior to arrival video instructions are sent to your drivers and they are greeted on the arrival day to check they are happy and competant with driving the boats. You are then free to be transported to and from the island by your own drivers whenever you wish.
You can swim in the lake next door in season but not in the lake the island sits in as it is a waterskiing lake.

An amazing venue for special occasions, parties, or just chilling and catching up with old friends as we were! We made use of all the facilities- the bar, jukebox, darts, pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen throughout our stay and even the teens were fully entertained!!
