  Bedroom 1

  Bedroom 1 is part of the family suite. This contains a superking room which opens up on to the decking and has views across the valley. There is a dressing room and an en suite shower room with double sink. An extra single bed can be accommodated in this room if requested. Above the master bedroom and forming part of the family suite is bedroom 5 which has twin beds.

  Bedroom 2

  Bedroom 2 is on the first floor with zip and link beds (super king or twin) This is connected to the family bathroom and has its own balcony with views down the valley.

  Bedroom 3

  Bedroom 3 is a superking room on the ground floor with an en suite shower room (2 sets of 3 steps to access it).

  Bedroom 4

  Bedroom 4 is on the second floor and is a twin room and shares the family bathroom on the first floor.

• 

  Bedroom 5

  Bedroom 5 is on the second floor and forms part of the family suite. It is accessed through the main bedroom, but is completely separate and has two full sized twin beds. There are built in discrete stair gates throughout.

  Kitchen

  Large well equipped kitchen with AGA, separate oven and hob, table for 10 & dishwasher.

  1 highchair are available. If requested these will be left in the kitchen.
