2) No smoking, vaping, candles or BBQ’s are permitted inside or in close vicinity to the building.

3) Children must be supervised at all times in the apartment.

5) There is no provision for the charging of electric vehicles or electric bikes at this development. There are public EV car charging points available locally which we can direct you to.  

6) No items to be left or stored in the communal hallway of the development during your stay. 

7) This holiday home does not accept any pets.
